Duration: 2 days
Route: Kutaisi – dated back to the Argonauts times (12-13th centuries B.C), the capital of old Colchida and later Western Georgia. We will Visit Bagrati temple (11th c) and Gelati Monastery (12th c). These sites are masterpieces of the Golden Age of medieval Georgia, included in UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Batumi – we will visit and stroll through the famous Botanical Garden. On the way back, we will visit Borjomi, the National park of Borjomi, and taste famous Borjomi mineral waters.
